Becoming a non smoker
"It's easy to give up smoking, why i have done it hundreds of times"
Mark Twain.
the above quote is very true indeed. That's why I am here, to help you become a non smoker for good. The fact is, I can't force you to do anything, I will simply provide you with the tools to become the non smoking person you've wanted to be for ages.
So that is why I would like to ask you the following questions i'd like you to consider before coming to see me. Please jot these down and spend 5 or 10 minutes going through them.
- How do you know you want to become a non-smoker?
- What has smoking ever done for you?
- What will becoming a non-smoker do for you?
- What are your fears or concerns about becoming a non-smoker?
- Are you willing to take full responsibility?
Fees - Value V Cost
An average annual costing for a smoker on 20 cigarettes per day us between £1890 to £2000 depending on the brand purchased. So obviously, the more you smoke, the greater the expense.
If i was a bank and I told you that if you invested in me the sum of £800 and in return for that investment I would pay you back in 12 months approximately £2000 minimum and for that same investment would pay you that amount each year for the remainder of your life. Oh and by the way, as a side effect:
- You will feel healthier
- Food and drink will taste better
- You are likely to increase the longevity of your life
- You will be less likely to harm your children or family with passive smoking
- You will no longer be ostracised or excluded in public places
- You will have control back in your life
- You will have less chance of getting:
- Lung cancer
- Stroke
- Diabetes
- COPD
- Heart diseases
- Stress
